We cover the cost of shipping for all dolls and items (except balloons). We ship via regular mail (4–7 business days). We are not responsible for delays or lost/damaged packages and will not replace them once shipped. Balloons cannot be shipped.

The cost is $12.99 per month and it automatically renews annually unless you cancel and you can cancel at any time there is no obligation. 

You will sign up for our monthly subscription, we will only charge your credit card one monthly payment at a time. To double-clarify: If you sign up for a $12.99/month Membership, we will only charge your credit card $12.99+tax when you sign up. Next month we’ll charge you $12.99+tax again, and then the month after that we’ll charge you $12.99+tax and so on unless you go back in and cancel your subscription.
